|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
A confirmation e-mail is sent with a summary of your order. As items are prepared specifically for your order, they may vary in weight. A receipt will be included with your order giving the final weights and the total to charged to your card.

The insulated boxes should keep the meat fresh for up to 48 hours. In the event that your order is delayed, please check condition on arrival and, if you have any concerns, call us.

If the courier has no special instructions and no one answers the door at the delivery address, the order may be taken back to the depot and a card left. Should this happen, it is the customer's responsibilty to collect their order from the depot.
